Here we come!
Okay. So.
Everyone needs to bring their own food. I thought I posted yesterday, but blogger seems to have eaten it.
each young person should bring a backpack with
at least 1.5 litres of water,
a large healthy sandwich,
granola bars or trail mix,
fruit that doesn't need much doctoring
anything else is optional, and we are going to bring some other snacks.
other essentials:
sunscreen spf 35-ish
hat
sturdy shoes
if you forget your sense of adventure, one will be loaned to you at the trailhead.
